A person’s own fat can be used to improve the appearance of the body by moving it from an area where it is less needed (usually the thighs or abdomen) to an area that has lost tissue volume due to aging, trauma, surgery, birth defects or other causes.
Typically, a fat transfer results in an increase in site volume. In cases that this fat is moved into the pectoral region of man, it gives it a natural, masculine and youthful result, combined with an abdominal high-definition liposuction the patient will get aesthetically pleasing results.
(Pectoral fat graft as a complement to another proceeding)
Chest augmentation with implant is a surgical operation aimed at increasing the size of the chest for number of reasons:
- To improve the body contour for men, which for personal reasons considers the size of his chest too small
- To balance pectoral size when there is a significant difference between them
- As a reconstructive technique in certain situations
Pectoral implant is achieved by implanting a prosthesis either behind breast tissue or under the chest muscles. The incisions are made in such a way that the scar is almost invisible and are usually around the bottom of the areola, below the breast or in the armpit. The method of implantation and the position of the implant will depend on your preferences, your anatomy and recommendation from Dr. Adrian.
