A prominent nipple is relatively common, with both physical and psychological consequences. The nipples in these patients can reach up to 2cm in length. The nipple appears globular and may have an increased width, this is a feature in some cases is caused by prolonged breastfeeding, the number of pregnancies and genetic characteristics of their own.
